New patients
Know what to expect.
We start by listening to what life is like at home, then give you a care plan for your individual animal. Written estimates come before every surgery or hospital stay.
First visits
Bring your pet in a safe carrier, a current diet list, and photos of the enclosure or cage. For a bird or reptile, our safe travel page covers the details that help most.

Our hospital provides soft-tissue surgery, rabbit and guinea pig tooth trims, dental x-rays under anesthesia, egg-binding surgery and lump removals. A technician watches every anesthetic from start to finish, and patients wake up in a heated recovery cage. Separate bird, mammal and reptile wards include oxygen cages and incubators.
